Nortel Voicemail not working
We have a Nortel analog phone system that has voicemail and we have trouble with one extension.
The problems is that if you call that extension from an outside line you can leave a message in the voicemail system but when the person check the mail nothing is there. If you call and leave a message from inside the building from one extension to this extension you can leave a message and the message is there.
What can be done to fix the voicemail on this extension?
