Nortel Station Module
Do you have to power down the phone system to add a station module on a Nortel Modular Plus
? It already has 2 combo fiber cartridges in it.

I'm not familiar with the practice actually, but I do know that it's common practice to observe those sort of practices. Shutting down a system for new installations is standard.
