nodes update via Group Policy

I am running Windows 2003 Standard server and have a mix of XP and W2K Professional machines on my domain. Now I need to windows update via Group Policy. Is it possible? Please give me tips.

Hi,

Why not go for MS Software Update Services (SUS)?

Once installed, you can then define Group Policy which will help you to update all the client machines automatically.

    You can run your updates from a SUS server, you can "vet" patches and updates that come available to release to your users. In the GPO use the "administrative templates/windows components/windows update" section to specify when and at what time to update and from which server to look at to get the updates from.
