I've working in IT Services for last 4 years. I was working as a Tech Support Engineer in a BPO for almost 2 years and then moved into a Big IT company on a Service Desk profile, after completing 18 months in the same position, the are offering me three jobs: One to become Lead in Service Desk which is never a priority for me as I am not able to fit myself in this job. The other options are Service Management and NOC. Please suggest which will be the best option for me and my career. I am a good learner and want something which will help me in future as well. Also what is the scope of all these fields? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
