 no server response outlook 2003/exchange 2003

I recieve " specified server was found but tere was no respoonse from the server" (that is our Exchange 2003) when i click send/recieve from outlook 2003

This error usually comes up with pop accounts when the ports are blocked by the ISP. Did you configure this for a Microsoft Exchange account. If so, double check your server name and username.
