 Sybase user connections exhausted

I got my conenctions exhausted on sybase server. I am unable to connect now is there any work around its very urgent.

There must be a database parameter for the maximum allowed connections. You might want to look in the product’s documentation.

I don’t know Sybase, so I cannot offer any specific help.

I know that there will be no of user connections but unfortunately it exceeded that and now i am unable to connect to the server.
Without rebooting the server or host is there any other alternative.
Plz help very much needed.
