Hi in one of my user's mialfile when we go under, folders, new folder, there is a nameless folder. On the normal view we cannot choose this folder. Also when we choose to go folder, new folder there is a folder listed twice. It is a wierd issue and we are affraid by archiving her mailfile it is going to transfert the problem onto an other file. I do not have anyone else having this type of issue. thank you

no not exactly. Somehow the mailfile looks as it was corrupted. 1 folder is nameless and do not appear in the folder list, the only way to see this folder is when we are doing a new folder.

I would run fixup on the mail file to rule out and hopefully recover from any corruption issues. IF that doesn't resolve the issue, open the mail file in designer and see if you can locate and then delete the folder at issue.

Simply compacting the mail file or refreshing/replacing the design may help

It would seem that someone started to create a new folder and then didn't give it a name. If you can try to give it a name, that may allow you to delete it.
