Have them close Outlook, go to start, run, type “outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy” without the quotes of course. Outlook will open and run a cleanup on their free/busy. If this does not resolve it make sure they are logging into the domain with their account. We have some unix admins who do not log into the domain on their pc’s and we cannot see their free/busy. If the user does log into the domain try recreating the profile for the user on their pc and let us know what works. thanks.
