No user information on Outlook 2007
This displays for a newly created user in Outlook 2007 connecting to Exchange 2007. Only this one user has the problem. Cannot see any user info when trying to schedule a meeting. Have seen a few issues like this but not pertaining to one user.

Answer Wiki:
Have them close Outlook, go to start, run, type "outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy" without the quotes of course. Outlook will open and run a cleanup on their free/busy. If this does not resolve it make sure they are logging into the domain with their account. We have some unix admins who do not log into the domain on their pc's and we cannot see their free/busy. If the user does log into the domain try recreating the profile for the user on their pc and let us know what works. thanks.

Running, outlook /cleanfreebusy may get the following error particularly regarding this issue. “Cannot clean your free/busy information on the server”.
This is because, a couple of appointments that were probably corrupted.
Try out this….
Manually delete free/busy information from the public folder by using
OWA & non_ipm_subtree and tried to run outlook and restart outlook.
The actual procedure is…. Before doing that take backup all appointments
1. Run Outlook without cached mode
2. If possible create temporary calendar folder
3. Now move all taken appointments to the temporary folder
NOTES: Here u make a test if Outlook starts again by /cleanfreebusy switch
4. If possible, move half the appointments & continue up to 3, until find corrupted appointments and delete them immediately.
