I just recently bought an refurbished laptop, and it says there's no audio device. I don't know alot about computers, but I know it doesn't has volume or sound. What do I do?

    As u termed as "refurbished laptop", guessing u bought this from a store and hopefully re-certified/ repackaged by manufacturer ! If there is no audio, then download and install the proper driver for audio. Do check mother board configuration and take the vga/graphics card name/model, which can help to identify the sound by clicking My Computer > Properties > Hardware>Device.... or if u r so uncomfortable ask the vendor/store for the help if they kind enough. Or u can take help from ur nearest one who knows all about this/ call an Pc expert.
