		<description><![CDATA[I would check the registry for the old NIC and see if it is stuck. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServices{Adapter}ParametersTcpip] I think is the location. I have had this problem with servers before and that was the problem. You may also try booting into safe mode, then check the device manager and remove any NICs that are not in your server.]]></description>
