(NEW) MYOB Acct Version 15 terminates…

Hi everyone, 
  Has anyone experienced this error when using MYOB Accounting Version 15. 
1. MYOB must terminate 
    Termination Code: 1203 
    Important Details: Error -3000 in DMReleaseRecord {5036:7047:69}.
And another one... 
 2. MYOB must terminate 
     Termination Code: 1209 Important Details: Error -3000 in DMReleaseRecord {5049:7000:158}.
The last transaction we did before the error occurred was doing a  Bank > Spend Money transaction. I hope someone could help us solve this problem asap. TIA.
Btw, I've installed and ran MYOB Accounting Version 15 on Windows 7 Professional and Windows XP Home Edition and the same thing happens. The program keeps terminating and we can't continue work / making entries :(
