New Microsoft Outlook calendar meetings do not show as tentative
We have a Microsoft Outlook calendar problem. When a meeting request is received, the meeting should automatically be added to the calendar and marked as tentative. However, for a number of users this is not happening. These users do not have rules set up to move meeting requests. I have run Outlook with /cleanprofile, /cleansniff and /sniff switches and have "process requests and responses on arrival" ticked. Only a few users utilize Outlook cached mode. I don't know what to look for next. What do you suggest?

Answer Wiki:
Do the users have delegates? If the delegates delete appointments from their inbox it will remove it from the users' calendar. make sure they do not have delegates, or if they do that the delegates know not to delete the invites from their inbox.
