I second the opinion of  getting you W2k3 Server behind the DLink WBR-2310 router.
This equipment have an embedded 4 port switch which will more than sufficient for you scenario. Besides, you will get an extra layer of security not exposing your Windows Server box directly to Internet... You can configure the provided firewall and port forwarding in case that you need to &quot;publish&quot; any service published by that W2k3 Server box.

Once you get the server connected to the &quot;inside network&quot; of your router you&#039;ll be able to simply browse all internal network resources more easily.
