when im accesing the computer's from network places it shows a error " this server's clock is not synchronized with the primary domain controller's clock"
Hi Veer,
You need to make sure that all your Window Active Directory DC's and older PDC's are using NTP and have their clocks synced properly.
I bet that if you do that, this error will go away.
Here are some links on how to do it:

<a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042">Microsoft - Configuring NTP</a>
I hope that helps.
Thanks!
David Davis
