Hello, I have been in many forums trying to find an answer to my project questions and problems. Status Quo: I have 10 locations, hotels that we designed to have there own unique email address since they are users in active directory. so H1, H2, H3 is users with exchange features on active directory. HI@cgs.com, H2@cgs.com, h3@cgs.com I have agents that goes to different hotels every day but when they send out an email they send out using the hotel they are in. so lets say rob is in h1 he will send emails out using h1@cgs.com. The next day he will go to h2 and send out emails with h2@cgs.com. etc.etc. Goal: My agents don't use unique Id and password, they use h1 as user name and password. My goal to be compliant is to have my agent use unique ids and passwords with there name being the user name. My goal is this and my problem is this, I create the user rob with exchange feature so now he has rob@cgs.com, he goes to h1 on monday and sign on the computer with rob. He opens outlook and comes out with rob@cgs.com. I don't want that, I want him to open h1@cgs.com emails and send out as h1@cgs.com. Tuesday he will go to sign on h2 computer using rob and when he opens up h2 outlook I want it to come out with h2@cgs.com It's alot to take I'm sorry if I am confusing you. My goal is to have a unique id and password with a revolving .prf script or maybe  tool or maybe software so when they sign on to the computer they will see the name of the computer as the hotel and automatically use the hotel's profile and not there own for email. Thanks for listening at least. I do have a script in the works, a vbs script where i use a script to find the computer name and information and then use the outlook profile script to pull the hotel's prf from the server so when he opens outlook it will open with that profile. thanks again.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It appears you are creating two sets of mailboxes. One set is for the particular user and the other is for the hotel location. If I’m reading you correclty, you would need to set all the users with access to all hotel location mailboxes (permissions) (SEND-AS). Then when the user logs in no matter where, he would need to open a message and select the option to view the FROM FIELD. In the from field, he would need to enter the hotel location to match where he is at. If you can script that portion in, then you are set. Good luck!

What is the point of using the unique logon if you are not going to use a unique e-mail address?

I just got back to the office sorry for the delay. Can you eleborate a bit. I am a bit confused by that. You are correct, I have hotel location email address lets say Hilton, Sheraton, Westin. They were logging onto the computer locally, not domain and I had to manually input the credentials to the Exchange Server with the hotel information they are in. So if they were at the hilton, they would log in locally, not domain and when they open outlook they would see a box asking for login and password which I would put domain/hilton with password so that would pull the hotel's email. Now my goal is to have the user not log on locally but onto the domain with there unique id and password. So lets say Ro login with his login and password to the domain. He would get his own desktop click on outlook and technically his credentials would tell exchange server to pull his emails. I don't want that I want outlook to pull the hotel's email like Hilton. The problem is he can be at the Hilton Monday but on Tuesday will be at the Westin. To IT Addict, According to being compliant, we need to have every person in the company that has access to a workstation must have a unique login and password, not shared. I have users using the same login and same password at every location because they logging on locally to the computer not with the domain. The problem is I want the customer to receive emails with the Hotel's Email and not the individual because i don't want the user to think a random person is emailing them back, I want it to show the hotel.

Another option is to log on to the computer with their user Id, then use Outlook for Web Access and log on to Outlook with the Hotel account.

itaddict, yup we have discuss that as a possible solution but we wanted to see if there is a way we can use the program outlook and just open the profile of the hotel.
