I would suggest that you take a look a the following link: CCNA Certification and also: Cisco Networking Academy Whilst this is for Cisco training I do feel that as biased as they are in some respects that the quality of training is superb. The CCNA is the entry level qualification but dont be complacent, to go from nothing to CCNA is a massive step! I would also steer you away from TestKings and all these cram style study methods. They are useless in the real world. I have come across many a CCNP who has clearly got those 4 letters using these products and they know nothing!! -Mattmather

Hi Neal,
You can also test your CCNA skills with this PrepLogic quiz. As well as ask the experts specific questions about CCNA certification and what other training you need to get you going in the right direction.

Hope this helps,
Em

CBT Nuggets offers a great series of videos for just about everything. The Cisco-specific videos are led by a CCIE that is passionate and enthusiastic about networking. Nothing beats instructor-led courses, but the Nuggets are amazingly well done.
A combination fo the Ciscopress materials, GNS3 and CBT is how I finished the CCNP ROUTE..
