Welcome to the world of network...lol Cisco is really good platform to opt as a career. But i do suggest to take MCSE course also, it is as important in networking. Even if your job is related only to the field of cisco network, still you will have Microsoft touch for sure. But i dont think that these courses will help you in your final year of engg, it will help you to get better in the field of intrest you have. You will see the colours though.
