 NETWORK PROBLEM
I HAVE MY DELL POWER EDGE 6800 WHICH I USSUAL USE IT AS A SERVER BUT FOR THE TWO DAYS NOW I AM AN ABLE TO ACCESS IT REMOTELY AND EVEN WHEN AM THERE PHYSICAL IT CONNECTED TO A NETWORK BUT IT NOT SENDING OR RECEIVING PACKETS, I TRIED TO CHANGE NETWORK-CARD BUT STILL ITS NOT WORKING. WHAT COULD BE WRONG AND IT POSSIBLE SOLUTION?

how about your IP? is it block in a firewall to not allow any packets to be send out?

What OS r u using! OS is an important part for this issue. Although u wrote, u have done testing with another NIC, but as far as I know, the NIC is built-in with CPU / MB. Have u used external card for this purpose…. how could u make sure, this card is also OK!!!!, though I am guessing it is Windows OS.
Well, one thing u can do, check if there recently any 3rd party SW (AV / Firewall) is installed and ur probs could have generated from that. Type the command as: ipconfig /all and what display is there !!
