Hi experts,
I want to connect with a web server in remote end using leased line connectivity through Cisco 2800 series router
I have a flat network with 500 users in network. All PC’s default gateways are configured the IP of routers Ethernet.
When I am ping the web server from LAN it is taking more time to get replay than usual. Some times it takes 60ms to 2600ms and some times the message “request time out”
I can access all internal servers in my LAN easily. But I am not able to access the web server in the remote end.
If I connect only some users to LAN then I can access web server easily
So I don’t think it’s the problem of router connectivity.
From two week am facing this problem, before it was working fine, we did no done any changes in either router or switch configuration, number of users also same like before.
So it is not the bandwidth problem I think
Plz give me a solution

check – Is latency in your link. Then inform to your service provider. It will solve your problem.
