 Network location cannot be reached

I have linux shared folder which can be seen from all other PC except this one PC only. My IP and Gateway seems all be okay. This PC has a multilanguage installed (Japannesse). Trying to access network by typing \10.217.1.29 which is my linux server. I got this error 'The Network Location cannot be reached.'

Try testing at a lower level – do you have IP connectivity to that server from the workstation in question (i.e. does PING work between the two?).
