Hey! Are you using Google Chrome or some other browser?

First do the following settings for your Internet browser
    1.    Go to the Start menu > Control Panel> Internet Options.
    2.    Once the Internet Properties window is opened, open the Security tab> Internet zone > Custom level.
    3.    From the Security Settings window, Go to Downloads > File download.
    4.    Choose Enable.
    5.    After that go to Miscellaneous > Launching applications and unsafe files and Select Prompt.
    6.    Click OK.
