as starter yes..but you might want to add on more skills after ccna..

The CCNA is literally your "Launch pad" to other, bigger and better certifications. You can make a decent living as a CCNA, but the CCNP (R/S, Voice / security) Certs will net you a great deal more.. Start w/ the CCNA and keep going...

it depends upon company to company job profile also. some time job is not for CCNA guy but they designate network guy as network engineer & he need to do desktop user support to system admin job in same profile..
