Router on a stick would be a recommended way to go. Depending on your through put a low end ISR from Cisco would be a good bet, say 2811 or look on eBay for a 2621XM.

If your budget is low I would look at some hardward resellers and purchase a recertified switch or router for this. You can also try to go through ebay but make sure you buy from soneone with history as someone might try to sell some defective equipment.
