		<description>You can use Token Ring, the old IBM Baseband (anyone remember that stuff?), or even Ethernet over 10Base-T - it just depends on what hardware you have laying around. Seriously, it all depends on what you want to do. An Ethernet switch, a couple of Ethernet NICs, a couple of CAT5/6 patch cables, and a couple of computers are all you need to get started for a basic LAN. Let us know specifically what you're looking for and we can probably help more.</description>
