Network connection getting problem

PPPoE dialer, Network connectivity

I m havng machines with OS Windows XP and Windows 2000, I m using broadband connection, I use to conect it through PPPoE dailer, but the problem is when i got connected with internet I m getting error 691, after that i ask to close the session from server end, then i use to get conection, but i have to do it befor every longin.

error 691 is an incorrect username/password error. you will need to correct the issue on whatever is automatically dialing your internet connection.
