Huh?  These permissions are set up by the system, and really should &lt;b&gt;not&lt;/b&gt; need to be &#039;tweaked&#039; by anyone.  Forget what they &lt;i&gt;might&lt;/i&gt; be and just leave them be!  I would not suggest for anyone to play around with something like this that could potentially break every user in your domain if you get it wrong.  Beware...!]]></description>
