But besides that, until yesterday (I think) any comment that included links didn’t show up in the question’s page.  You could only see them from the outside, in the general discussions tab.

Apparently the bug has been fixed.

Then in the tool bar at the top of the answer window, 3rd icon from the right is the hyperlink function. A pop up window will appear and you enter the URL.  That’s it.. Took me a bit to figure it out too…

It has been out of Microsoft support for quite a while. Why do you want to use an obsolete product? Can’t you use a current product such as Visual Basic 2010 Express? — Tom
