Need to use multiple ID files

A friend of mine works for law enforcement, he's new and 19. I used to work with Lotus, decades ago. He calls up and says how can I input multiple ID files to an existing installation, I've only got a box for one ID. I find an old Windows Install PDF for 6.5.5 that shows a GUI from the initial install where you have to choose either Single User or Multi-User environment, at the time of installation. So questions are: does the multi-user choice let you input more than one ID file later one? Can he remedy this now? How? Thanks! Susan

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can work with more than one ID (but not in the same time of course) without have installed Notes with MultiUser option (you will then have just one and the same adress book (and some others stuff) for every body) .

What you have to do is to create different Location document (File -> Mobile -> Locations), one for each id.
In the Advanced tab of the location document, you will find a field where to specify the specific ID to use.
