I have just migrated to Access 2007 from previous versions. How do you bring up a window that displays all the objects in the database and then select one for modification. I have been able to modify tables and queries but cannot work out how to modify existing forms or reports.

Yes Access 2007 is quite different. Try the following to display all objects on Access 2007 after opening your program:

  1. Click on Home tab
  2. On left side of the screen under Views – you may see “>>” sign then click on it. If it is already “<<” then left to it will be a Down arrow. Click it & then click on “All Access objects”.

This should show all Access objects – Table, Query, Forms, Reports, etc…
Good luck!
