ya, u can do this thru registry / group policies…. just open the registry by regedit command and the location is : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
now u just create & set 2 new DWORD values as:
WarnLargeFileSize and MaxLargeFileSize (both r case sensitive)
Note: The first value indicates how many mb u may write to a pst-file & second value is how many mb the system may write to a pst-file….

For details, plz <a href=”http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925″>see here</a>

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft after that i don’t get the rest of path…pls help me

Another thing you can do is just break the pst file down into another pst file and move the contents over. Try doing it by date or name or subject. Makes it nice and neat. I do mine by year and at the end of the year, close out the pst, save it, and open a new one, it has never corrupted in seven years of doing it this way

To increase the file limit from 2GB in outlook 2001 you need to follow the steps given in knowledge base article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925
