I am using Microsoft outlook2003 for receiving mail from mail server.The size of my outlook.pst file hasbeen exceeded from 2 GB. Now mail is not showing in inbox.... now what chould i do???

Another thing you can do is just break the pst file down into another pst file and move the contents over. Try doing it by date or name or subject. Makes it nice and neat. I do mine by year and at the end of the year, close out the pst, save it, and open a new one, it has never corrupted in seven years of doing it this way
To increase the file limit from 2GB in outlook 2001 you need to follow the steps given in knowledge base article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925
