Please list all of the values for "status" that you need. There are a couple different meanings for "status" when talking about jobs. If you list the kinds of "status" that you want to be included, we can probably determine how to get them for you. Tom

WRKSYSACT OUTPUT(*FILE) INFTYPE(*JOBS) The WRKSYSACT command is only available if the Performance Tools licensed program product is installed. And it won't give the information that was requested. Until we know what is needed, we can't give an answer. Different approaches can give different parts of the answer. But there are complications for all of the parts that will need some discussion. For example, the QHST* files can give useful information about start and end times for jobs during a time interval. But unless it is done right, it will leave out start and/or end times for any number of jobs from the most recent minutes. And it tells you almost nothing about any kind of "status". Tom
