		<description><![CDATA[I am assuming that the company hosting your email is using exchange.  If you have a specific address or domain that you need to block, then you could have the hosting company add this to the message delivery settings in the Exchange System Manager.  This will block the address from everyone on the server, but if this indeed a spamming site, the other companies will feel the benefit as well.  ]]></description>
