Need to add recv. email addresses into Company address list

When my one of my users receives an email,  they need to then add that email address into my companies address list, so that the email address shows up company wide.  Can we do this or do I have to make an mail enabled contact?

I do not think that your users can update your GAL, it would most likely need to be set up as a mail contact on your exchange server
