 Need Manual: GG24-4449 AnyMail/400 Mail Server Framework Developer Guide

I'm trying to locate a copy of this manual in either PDF or BookManager format. I believe the BookManager ID is EZ300700.boo. Supposedly this was last available on certain V3R1 Redbook Softcopy Library CD's, but it's not on mine. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide in locating this information. Thanks, Doug
