 Need help on send and receive sms

I need to develop an application, to know my leave balance through sms and to apply for my leave through sms. Currently my leave application is running manually (using PCs), now my company want it's user to use their cell phones to apply for leave. Is it possible, technically? If so, please guide me to do this system. Regards and thanks - C.Suresh

Try SMSPulse (http://www.smspulse.com). They are very helpful and their latest version supports 2-way messaging, although not sure if it will do what you want. hth Tony
