Matthew is trying to add Panasonic copiers to his system, but he has no clue what print driver to use. Do you know or know where on the Web he can look? -- Michelle Davidson, editor, Search400.com

Best bet is to start with the manufacturers web site. A search engine such as Google should help you find it. From the main page, normally there will be a Support or Download link. These will normally point you in the right direction.

A good idea is to have the model and serial numbers available before trying to figure out which driver to download. I have seen some drivers that were specific down to the serial number level within a model number.

Just follow the instructions that are normally present on the web site to download the drivers. Some sites will even display detailed install instructions to load the drivers into Windows.

Good luck.

Good luck finding any drivers. Try locating any info on the IBM website. You might have to spend some time getting this copier to work with the 400. You might have to configure this unit as a remote out queue. Your main concern is going to be locating the right REMOTE PRINTER QUEUE. Good luck.

Locating the right remote outq won't be any problem at all; it'll be the one named PANASONIC. Or whatever name is chosen because the OP will choose it. How could it be any easier? The only problem would be asking Panasonic what port the printer accepts print jobs on. (Probably look it up in the User manual.) Tom

Check IBM site for ASCII printers on this link: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas1b44a2cf4ba778d83862568250053649f
