Need help configuring AutoComplete in Outlook 2007
We have switched Internet providers and had to upgrade to Outlook 2007. For some reason, the AutoComplete option is working for some of our staff - but not all. I have gone to the advanced email options and the box is checked but AutoComplete is still not working. We want it to pull from all the people that we have sent email to, or received email from. Please help. Thanks.

You didn't say what OS you have, so the location is different, but the file to search for is profile name.nk2 That's where Outlook builds it's file of names.

Make a copy of this on a PC where the user has all the names. Then just put it onto every one else's machine. Overwrite the one they would already have.
