Scriptlogic products can do the trick for you.
For group membership reporting take a look at their enterprise security reporter
As for active directory management, change auditing, objects backup and restore I can recommend using a tool called active administrator
We’ve been these solutions in our company for a long time with a great succes!

We use active directory reporting tool from LDAPSoft for this purpose. It is a great tool from which you can easily export group members.
