NDR Analysis Tools?
Are there any tools out there to help compile and analyze non-delivery reports? I get thousands of NDR emails a week and to go through them individually is painful. Is there anything that could say analyze my NDR box and give me a list similar to: something@something.com 5.1.1 smthgelse@something.com User Unknown

I don't know all the products but surely GFI Mailessentials has a lot of features including NDR checking for antispoam techniques

The NDR emails that I’m refering to are not spam, but valid reports that I need to acquire the email addresses out of so that they are removed from a list. But thanks for your reply…

A thousand NDR’s a week wow, now that is alot,. Are all the NDR’s coming from your mail provider or outside mail providers, in other words are they being blocked by your system or the recipents system, or both??

I would first try to figure out why a thousand people a week are not receiving my email, I would find out what triggers the NDR event, it usually will tell you why it was NDR, ie cannot be delivered due to size constraints, or the recipients mailbox is full etc, etc. I know this is not a solution but just a suggestion, and if you have already did this than I’m sorry for wasting your time.

This is promotional email that people have subscribed to, but have not for example updated their email addresses with us or the ESPs are blocking our message. We want to keep a clean list, but not remove subscribers unnecessarily. So we want to analyze the NDRs that are coming back.

Thanks for your time and input!
