 ND_50A Firewall Performance

Hi,

We have an ND_50A firewall working well in our current environment. Now we plan to add more web application that will be accessed via internet. The application server will be connected to the DMZ port. However, before doing so, we need to know  whether ND_50A can afford that in terms of performance, we tried to find the current performance level of ND_50A but in vain. Can you help please.

Can I ask, what is ND_50A? What brand is that? I guess this type of questions is quite hard to answer till you do the math on how much traffic will be created and also to see in long term how much traffic will be in and out... then from there do an POC to see if the firewall can handle that amount of traffic.

Thanks for your reply. But the issue here is that we need to know that before we deploy the new application, so we can decide whether to use the available ND_50A, replace it or add another firewall.
