Do I need all these .nbi files?

I have a 1TB Seagate HD and now I noticed I have a lot of files about 32KB in size with the extension .nbi Do I need them all? Can I reduce how often they are produced? There are about 100 files so far and counting

    It is a nero back It up file. .nbi file contains backup of files. Nero back It up creates bootable cd/ dvd & lets u carry out system restore. If u do daily backup probably u can ignore to create this file types soon. If u ur pc/ laptop has system restore by default, then u can move these files  to another drive. If this is not comfortable u, u can contact Seagate support team. For more info: http://extension.nirsoft.net/nbi
