Based on a dive into the configuration, NAT is pretty much enabled on this router - as it is in most home-level devices.
You get/put your "internet address" on the "internet Connection" information (or Let DHCP from your broadband modem do that for you) and configure your internal LAN to something on a completely different subnet - the router does the rest...
