NAS backup best approach

I have a ready NAS 2100 using iSCSI on Windows Server 2008 r2 and it's available to users to write their data to. I want to back this up to another NAS but it takes forever. What should I do?

Readynas, Windows 2008 R2

Log in DSM with Admin rights main menu backup and restore click create to start the backup task wizard name the backup task next select local backup next destination  the backup will be stored  USB drive enable reserve the backed up files at the source select which share folder next internal MySQL database
