We have a resource mailbox that has a rule that we cannot find. All the mail sent to it goes directly to the deleted items folder. I have removed the names of everyone who had permissions except 2 people. I ran the /cleanrules switch against this resource mailbox and every mailbox of everyone who had access. I had every user remove the resource from their folder list. I removed all delegates from the mailbox. I tried looking for hidden rules using MFCMAPI and could not find any. There is no junkmail rule applied. I am completely at my wits end. Any other suggestions?

Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007

SOLVED!

I found an article with an Exchange Powershell command that worked.
First I ran
Get-MailboxCalendarSettings ‘domain/ou/mailbox’

And it returned
‘domain/ou/mailbox’ AutoAccept

Then I ran

Set-MailboxCalendarSettings ‘domain/ou/mailbox’ -AutomateProcessing:autoupdate

After I ran the PS command the emails stopped going directly to deleted items. Yay! I have been puzzling over this for three or four days now. So happy to have it resolved!
