Might be the CD scratched/ corrupted (just guessing) or might be ur CD/ DVD drive not working properly….. It is better to download the same driver from HP web site and try install th same.

We need more information than that. What “keeps saying”? What kind of computer is it? What is the OS and what service packs are installed? What are you doing when “it keeps saying”? What do you do when it says that? How did you start the process?
