what can I do to clear this error message" Cannot postpone the reminder. the file C:XXXXXX mailbox.pst could not be assessed

-C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice12SCANPST.EXE.
-Locate the pst file when asked: C:Documents and SettingsworkshopLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook.
-SAME with your Archive file.
Reboot P.C.
