My Outlook 2003 doesn’t download pictures for my emails only from 1 domain, all the other emails come through OK, how can this happen?

My Outlook 2003 doesn't download pictures or links for my emails only from 1 domain, all the other emails come through OK, how can this happen?

Hello Daria,
this happens because the domain where you receive emails from is in the trusted sender while the others are not.
When you open a message from domains where you don’t receive emails, you should see a bar appair and saying that images and links are not downloaded for security purposes, follow the instructions to allo the sender to be in your trusted list.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for helping so quickly. I did add the sender to my trusted list and I don’t see a bar at the top of the email. I know I have my Outlook allowing pictures to be downloaded.
