		<description><![CDATA[Why r u playing with this brand new HDD !! If u couldn&#039;t format it, then call the vendor from where u bought this one. As far as my knowledge, there is a warranty / guarantee on the new HDD. So, ask them to format it and don&#039;t play with this else u cn loose the warranty / guarantee period. I know several ways to detect a HDD or also know how to format forcefully format a HDD. But so u purchased new, so there is no q to handle urself.]]></description>
