Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

There are many inbuilt applications available on Exchange sever for recovery of corrupted mail box but this process is bit difficult for a lay man as it requires technical expert. Because all the process depends on command lines. To overcome such issue many companies developed a software for repairing, recovering and conversion of your exchange server database.

If "all the effort done by my it staff is not work" and the efforts were valid, then there is no alternative to looking for 3rd-party support.   There might be qualified consultants you can hire. Perhaps some recommendations will be added here if you can tell us your location.   There are also vendors of Exchange recovery products. You might review their products to see if any will work for you. Here are links for some of them:   http://www.exchangedatabaserecovery.co.uk/ http://www.serversdatarecovery.com/exchange.html http://www.recover-computerdata.com/exchange-server-recovery.html http://www.stellarinfo.com/mail-recovery.htm#pfam-2   That's about all we can say unless you tell us what the efforts were that were taken by your IT staff. We can't guess what they did, so we can't think of what they might have missed.   Tom

I would suggest you to first try out the free Exchange repair utilities Eseutil/Isinteg to repair the corrupt Exchange data.

These utilities are available with various command line switches and options to perform EDB file recovery.

For more help visit the page:http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2004/06/18/159413.aspx

Opt for a third party EDB recovery solution if these fail to recover your data. You can find a lot of software vendors offering Exchange recovery software. But buy the software only from a trusted resource.

Here would like to suggest: Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery software.

First download and try out the demo version. If it helps then only, go for full version purchase.

The software can be downloaded from the link:

    http://www.stellarinfo.com/edb-exchange-server-recovery.htm

    Note:
Make a copy of your EDB database before trying any EDB repair tool.
