    If you want to find every row that has 'XYZ' anywhere in the column MyColumn

    Select * from Myfile where mycolumn like '%XYZ%'

    .. the % signs are wild cards so it any value followed by XYZ followed by any value.

    The select .. that is a query.  But you say you want help inserting .. that would not be a query.  But it's not a good design to have multiple value entries in a single column.
